Is there a wagering requirement on my money?

Only one: your deposit can be withdrawn once you've played it. What you win can always be withdrawn. The bonus never enters your balance, so it holds nothing of yours, and 5× your deposit staked in 1v1 is only the condition for collecting it.

What happens if I don't use the bonus?

Nothing is taken from you. It expires 30 days after your deposit and simply goes uncollected — it was never in your balance, so nothing is taken from it. Your deposit and your winnings are untouched, and the countdown is visible in your wallet.

What if my opponent disconnects mid-match?

Accepted Answer

It depends on whether they dropped or walked. A disconnection is meant to be resumed: you both start a new game and play out the time that was left, keeping the score from the game that dropped. If they abandon the match instead, submit the result with a capture of the score and the disconnect screen. Both stakes stay locked in escrow; if they never report, the match settles to you when the reporting window closes, and if they contest it, a human admin rules on the evidence within 24 hours.

How fast are payouts?

Wins credit to your wallet as soon as the result is confirmed. Withdrawals are approved by hand after a security check: over the last 90 days, half were approved within about 6 hours and 9 in 10 within 24 hours (33 approved withdrawals to September 12, 2026), and identity verification can add time.
