• Match outcomes are determined by player skill and performance in video games
• There is no element of chance — both players compete directly against each other
• Players choose their own stakes and opponents
• All match rules are agreed upon before play begins
• Results are verified through player reporting and dispute resolution

We encourage all players to compete responsibly:

• Set a budget: Only deposit what you can afford to lose. Never use money needed for essential expenses.
• Track your activity: Use the Wallet History tab to monitor your deposits, withdrawals, and match results.
• Take breaks: If you find yourself on a losing streak, step away. Chasing losses leads to poor decisions.
• Play for fun: Competition should be enjoyable. If it stops being fun, it's time to take a break.

LCKD has built-in safeguards to promote responsible play:

• Stake limits: Maximum stake amounts are enforced to prevent excessive risk
• Deposit limits: Maximum deposit amounts are in place per transaction
• Escrow system: All stakes are locked in escrow before matches begin — no hidden costs
• Transparent fees: Platform fees are clearly shown before match creation
• Full refunds: Cancelled matches, expired invitations, and draws result in automatic full refunds
• Withdrawal access: You can withdraw your balance at any time (subject to security review)

LCKD enforces strict fair play standards:

• No cheating: Use of hacks, exploits, aimbots, or any third-party software that provides unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• No collusion: Coordinating with opponents to manipulate match outcomes is prohibited
• No smurfing: Creating alternate accounts to exploit matchmaking or circumvent restrictions is prohibited
• Honest reporting: Both players must report results truthfully. Fraudulent reporting results in account penalties
• Evidence-based disputes: When results conflict, disputes are resolved through evidence review by administrators

Violations of fair play policies result in escalating penalties: warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds.

LCKD is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We employ the following measures:

• Age verification during account registration
• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals
• Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and funds refunded

Be honest with yourself. Consider seeking help if you:

• Spend more money than you can afford
• Feel unable to stop playing even when losing
• Borrow money or sell possessions to fund your account
• Neglect responsibilities, work, or relationships due to competition
• Feel anxious, irritable, or depressed related to your play
• Lie to others about how much time or money you spend

If you feel you need to take a break, you can:

• Pause your account: Contact us to temporarily disable your account for a cooling-off period
• Permanent self-exclusion: Request permanent account closure. This action cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Withdraw funds first: Before self-exclusion, you can withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet
