By accessing or using the LCKD platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

LCKD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LCKD. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• You are located in a jurisdiction where skill-based competitions with entry fees are permitted

To use LCKD, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

LCKD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

LCKD is a platform for skill-based competitions ("Matches"). Key rules:

• Entry fees: Both players deposit an equal entry fee ("Stake") before the match begins. Stakes are held in escrow.
• Platform fee: LCKD charges a platform fee on completed matches, deducted from the total pot before payout to the winner.
• Winner determination: Match outcomes are determined by player skill in the specified video game. Both players report results after each match.
• Draw: In the event of a draw, both players receive a full refund of their entry fee.
• Disputes: If players report conflicting results, the match enters dispute resolution. Players may submit evidence (screenshots, video). LCKD administrators review disputes and make final determinations.

LCKD uses third-party payment processors (including PayPal) for deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposits: Funds are credited to your LCKD wallet instantly upon successful payment.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by LCKD for security purposes. Processing times may vary. LCKD reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancelled matches, expired matches, draws, and rejected withdrawals are processed automatically to your LCKD wallet.

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage
• Collude with other users to manipulate match outcomes
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Submit fraudulent dispute evidence
• Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use bots or automated systems to interact with the Service

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban.

LCKD and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Locked and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

LCKD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any video game publisher or developer. All game titles and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LCKD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

LCKD's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the preceding 12 months.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

LCKD may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any funds remaining in your wallet (excluding funds subject to investigation) will be made available for withdrawal.
