Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GETL CKD LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates Locked ("LCKD", "we", "us"). They govern your use of getlckd.com and any LCKD app or feature (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

LCKD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LCKD. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• You are located in a jurisdiction where skill-based competitions with entry fees are permitted

Geographic restrictions. If you are located in the United States, you may not use the Service from Idaho, Montana, Nevada, or Washington. Outside the United States, you may use the Service only where skill-based competitions for prizes are lawful. You may not use a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to hide or change your location. LCKD may ask you to prove where you are located and may block access from any jurisdiction at any time.

To use LCKD, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real first name, last name, and date of birth, and keep it up to date
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

One account per person and per household. You may hold only one LCKD account. Accounts that share a person, household, network connection, device, or payment method are treated as linked. Linked accounts may not play Matches against each other, and only one of them may receive a welcome or deposit-match bonus. LCKD may determine that accounts are linked using signals such as IP address, device, payment details, and gaming IDs.

LCKD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

LCKD is a platform for skill-based competitions ("Matches"). Key rules:

• Entry fees: Both players deposit an equal entry fee ("Stake") before the match begins. Stakes are held in escrow.
• Platform fee: LCKD charges a platform fee of 10% of the total pot on completed matches, deducted from the pot before payout to the winner.
• Winner determination: Match outcomes are determined by player skill in the specified video game. Both players report results after each match.
• Disputes: If players report conflicting results, the match enters dispute resolution. Players may submit evidence (screenshots, video). LCKD administrators review disputes and make final determinations.

The following gameplay rules apply to all Matches on LCKD. Violations may result in match forfeiture and, in repeated cases, account suspension. We strongly recommend recording video of all gameplay in case of a dispute.

• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection, you and your opponent must finish the remaining time of the match, keeping the score the same as it was in the game that got disconnected. For example, if the disconnection occurred in the 30th minute, the new game should be played until the 60th. When the 60th minute is reached, as soon as the ball is no longer in play, the match is over and both players must quit the game. If you continue to play and goals are scored, the goals will count.
• Online Squads only: Matches must be played with "Online Squads" only. Any attempt to use Custom Squads or edited players results in automatic forfeiture and a recorded loss.
• No Custom Formations: Custom Formations are not allowed unless agreed upon by both players involved. In case of a dispute, video evidence is required for the claim to be considered, and the final decision is at LCKD's discretion.
• Legacy Defending: Legacy Defending is not allowed. In case of a dispute, video evidence is required for the claim to be considered, and the final decision is at LCKD's discretion.
• Lag, settings and teams: After 1 minute of gameplay, complaints about lag, pre-game settings, or banned teams will not be considered. No exceptions. (Note: connection quality is significantly better when using a wired LAN cable instead of Wi-Fi.)

LCKD uses third-party payment processors (including PayPal) for deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposits: Funds are credited to your LCKD wallet instantly upon successful payment.
• Deposit playthrough: A deposit can be withdrawn once it has been played. Your withdrawable amount is your balance minus the part of your deposits not yet staked in settled Matches or spent on entries to paid tournaments that have finished. Winnings can always be withdrawn. Deposits made before October 14, 2026 are exempt.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by LCKD for security purposes. Processing times may vary. See "Withdrawals and Identity Verification" below.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancelled matches, expired matches, draws, and rejected withdrawals are processed automatically to your LCKD wallet.
• Your own payment methods only: You must deposit with a payment account that belongs to you. Using, lending, or borrowing someone else's PayPal account or card is prohibited and may lead to suspension or a permanent ban.

Withdrawals and Identity Verification

• Same name: Withdrawals are sent only to a payment account held in the name of the LCKD account holder. The first and last name on your LCKD account must match the name on that payment account. If they do not match, LCKD may delay, block, or refuse the withdrawal.
• Verification documents: Before processing a withdrawal, LCKD may ask you to verify your identity — for example with a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof that you own the payment account.
• Holds while we verify: If we find a name mismatch or any other inconsistency, we may pause your withdrawal until verification is complete. We will make reasonable efforts to tell you what we need.
• If verification cannot be completed: If you do not provide what we ask for, or a significant mismatch remains, LCKD may refund your deposits to their original payment method, void the affected Matches, or treat them as losses, at our discretion, to protect the integrity of the platform.
• Fraud: LCKD uses fraud-detection measures and may review any withdrawal. In confirmed cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or refusal to cooperate with verification, LCKD may withhold the funds involved, close your account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• Delays: You acknowledge that verification can delay a withdrawal. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for updating it before you request a withdrawal.

From time to time LCKD may credit your wallet with bonus funds — through promotional codes, deposit-match bonuses, free credit, or as a tournament prize on selected events. Bonus funds carry the following conditions:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered on Matches a number of times equal to the wagering multiplier disclosed for that bonus or tournament before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering progress is tracked automatically and shown in your wallet.
• Withdrawal lock: While a bonus is active, you cannot withdraw amounts that would draw down the locked balance. Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus converts to withdrawable balance.
• Expiry: Unspent bonus funds expire 30 days after they are credited unless a different period is disclosed for that specific bonus. Expired bonuses are removed from your wallet.
• First-deposit match: The first-deposit match is not credited when you deposit. It is held outside your wallet, cannot be staked, and is credited in full as withdrawable balance once you have staked the disclosed multiple of your deposit in settled Matches before it expires. If it expires, nothing is removed from your wallet. The withdrawal lock above does not apply to it.
• Tournament prizes: Prizes from selected tournaments may be credited as bonus funds subject to the same wagering, lock and expiry rules above. The wagering multiplier applicable to a tournament prize is disclosed on that tournament's detail page and in the prize notification.
• Forfeiture: LCKD reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any winnings derived from them in cases of fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or any other violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage
• Collude with other users to manipulate match outcomes
• Create or operate more than one account, or play Matches against an account linked to yours
• Intentionally lose Matches, misreport results, or otherwise transfer funds or bonus balance between accounts
• Submit fraudulent dispute evidence
• Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use bots or automated systems to interact with the Service

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban.

Penalties for false results and fraudulent evidence. Reporting a result you know to be false, or submitting evidence you know to be fabricated or belonging to a different Match, is a violation of these Terms. LCKD may apply, at its discretion and in escalating order: a written warning; a fixed penalty of up to $25 debited from your wallet balance; and, on a further occurrence, permanent closure of your account together with forfeiture of the balance remaining in it. These penalties are in addition to the outcome of the Match itself, which LCKD decides on the evidence available.

LCKD displays this escalation in the Service before you report a result and before you submit dispute evidence. Applying a penalty is not automatic: each one is reviewed by an administrator, and LCKD may choose to apply none.

Matches only work if each player is who they say they are and plays at their real level. The following are prohibited:

• Smurfing: Creating or using another account — yours or someone else's — to compete at a lower apparent skill level, or otherwise disguising how good you are, to gain an advantage over opponents.
• Sandbagging: Deliberately underperforming, losing, or holding back in some Matches to look weaker than you are and win larger stakes later.
• Account sharing: Letting anyone else log in to, play on, or manage your LCKD account, or using another person's account. Your account is personal: only you may use it, and you are responsible for everything done with it.
• Playing for someone else: Having another person play a Match in your place, or playing a Match in place of another user, including on the gaming account (gamertag, EA ID, PSN, etc.) linked to the Match.
• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts: Accounts, balances, and gaming IDs linked to LCKD cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred.
• Match fixing and collusion: Agreeing with an opponent or a third party on the result of a Match, or coordinating with others to move money between accounts.

Consequences. If LCKD determines, in its sole discretion, that you have broken these rules, we may forfeit the Matches involved, void or reverse their results, withhold winnings and bonus funds obtained through the violation, suspend or permanently ban every account involved, and refuse future registrations from the same person. We may use signals such as IP address, device, payment details, gameplay data, and gaming IDs to detect these violations.

"User Content" is anything you submit to the Service, such as chat messages, your username and avatar, gaming IDs, and the screenshots or videos you send as dispute evidence.

• You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant LCKD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, copy, and use it to operate the Service — including showing it to other players where the feature is meant to, reviewing disputes, moderating, and preventing fraud.
• You are responsible for your User Content. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• LCKD may remove or refuse any User Content, and act on the account that submitted it, at its discretion. We do not review all User Content before it is posted and are not responsible for what other users submit.

LCKD and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Locked and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

LCKD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any video game publisher or developer. All game titles and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCKD makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors, or that third-party services the Service depends on — game publishers' online services, payment processors, chat, or hosting — will be available. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LCKD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

LCKD's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GETL CKD LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first send us a written description of the dispute at support@getlckd.com and to try in good faith to resolve it with us. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed as described below.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

LCKD may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any funds remaining in your wallet will be made available for withdrawal, except funds subject to investigation and funds forfeited under Section 8.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the extent possible and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
• No waiver: If LCKD does not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any rules shown on the Service for a specific Match, tournament, or bonus, are the entire agreement between you and LCKD about the Service.
