Terms of Service

By accessing or using the LCKD platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

LCKD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LCKD. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• You are located in a jurisdiction where skill-based competitions with entry fees are permitted

To use LCKD, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

LCKD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

LCKD is a platform for skill-based competitions ("Matches"). Key rules:

• Entry fees: Both players deposit an equal entry fee ("Stake") before the match begins. Stakes are held in escrow.
• Platform fee: LCKD charges a platform fee on completed matches, deducted from the total pot before payout to the winner.
• Winner determination: Match outcomes are determined by player skill in the specified video game. Both players report results after each match.
• Draw: If both players report a draw, the system refunds both stakes in full. Players are expected to resolve drawn matches under the Golden Goal rules described in Section 5 (Game Rules) before reporting a result.
• Disputes: If players report conflicting results, the match enters dispute resolution. Players may submit evidence (screenshots, video). LCKD administrators review disputes and make final determinations.

The following gameplay rules apply to all Matches on LCKD. Violations may result in match forfeiture and, in repeated cases, account suspension. We strongly recommend recording video of all gameplay in case of a dispute.

• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection, you and your opponent must finish the remaining time of the match, keeping the score the same as it was in the game that got disconnected. For example, if the disconnection occurred in the 30th minute, the new game should be played until the 60th. When the 60th minute is reached, as soon as the ball is no longer in play, the match is over and both players must quit the game. If you continue to play and goals are scored, the goals will count.
• Online Squads only:Matches must be played with "Online Squads" only. Any attempt to use Custom Squads or edited players results in automatic forfeiture and a recorded loss.
• No Custom Formations:Custom Formations are not allowed unless agreed upon by both players involved. In case of a dispute, video evidence is required for the claim to be considered, and the final decision is at LCKD's discretion.
• Drawing / Tying a Match: If the match ends in a draw, a new game must be played under the Golden Goal rules — whoever scores first wins the match. If no goal is scored in the Golden Goal match, each player has the option to cancel or to agree to continue.
• Legacy Defending:Legacy Defending is not allowed. In case of a dispute, video evidence is required for the claim to be considered, and the final decision is at LCKD's discretion.
• Lag, settings and teams: After 1 minute of gameplay, complaints about lag, pre-game settings, or banned teams will not be considered. No exceptions. (Note: connection quality is significantly better when using a wired LAN cable instead of Wi-Fi.)

LCKD uses third-party payment processors (including PayPal) for deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposits: Funds are credited to your LCKD wallet instantly upon successful payment.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by LCKD for security purposes. Processing times may vary. LCKD reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancelled matches, expired matches, draws, and rejected withdrawals are processed automatically to your LCKD wallet.

From time to time LCKD may credit your wallet with bonus funds — through promotional codes, deposit-match bonuses, free credit, or as a tournament prize on selected events. Bonus funds carry the following conditions:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered on Matches a number of times equal to the wagering multiplier disclosed for that bonus or tournament before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering progress is tracked automatically and shown in your wallet.
• Withdrawal lock: While a bonus is active, you cannot withdraw amounts that would draw down the locked balance. Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus converts to withdrawable balance.
• Expiry: Unspent bonus funds expire 30 days after they are credited unless a different period is disclosed for that specific bonus. Expired bonuses are removed from your wallet.
• Tournament prizes:Prizes from selected tournaments may be credited as bonus funds subject to the same wagering, lock and expiry rules above. The wagering multiplier applicable to a tournament prize is disclosed on that tournament's detail page and in the prize notification.
• Forfeiture: LCKD reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any winnings derived from them in cases of fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or any other violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage
• Collude with other users to manipulate match outcomes
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Submit fraudulent dispute evidence
• Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use bots or automated systems to interact with the Service

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban.

LCKD and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Locked and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

LCKD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any video game publisher or developer. All game titles and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LCKD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

LCKD's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the preceding 12 months.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

LCKD may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any funds remaining in your wallet (excluding funds subject to investigation) will be made available for withdrawal.
