Which channel to use depends on what is stuck. Anything involving money already in escrow goes through the app, because that is the only place an admin can release it. Everything else goes to Instagram.
Which channel should you use?
Four situations, four answers. Pick the row that matches yours — using the wrong channel mostly costs you time, because a disputed match cannot be settled anywhere except on the match itself.

In the app, on the match itself
Open the dispute from the match screen and upload your evidence — a screenshot of the final score, or video of the game. Both stakes stay locked in escrow while an admin reviews, with a 24-hour review target. This is the only channel that can actually move escrowed money, so a DM about a disputed match will be pointed back here.
A stuck deposit or withdrawal
Message @get.lckd with your username and roughly when the transaction was made. Deposits through PayPal land instantly. Withdrawals are approved by hand after a security check: over the last 90 days, half were approved within about 6 hours and 9 in 10 within 24 hours (33 approved withdrawals to September 12, 2026), and identity verification can add time. Never send your password or a full card number over DM — nobody at Locked will ask for either.
Finding opponents, rules, general questions
The community group is where players arrange matches and ask about rules for a specific game. It is a group chat with other players in it, not a private support line — treat anything you post there as public, and never share account details.

Same channel as account issues: @get.lckd. There is no separate press or partnerships address yet.
What Locked will never ask you for
No one at Locked will ask for your password, a full card number, or for you to send a payment somewhere to “release” a payout. Escrowed stakes are only ever released through the app, by an admin reviewing the evidence both players submitted — never by someone in your direct messages. If a message asks for any of those things, it is not us.
