Yes, with the caveats a new platform should state out loud. LCKD is a working skill-based competition platform: stakes move into escrow when a match is accepted, the winner receives the pot minus a flat 10% fee, cancelled matches refund both players in full, and disputed matches are held until an admin reviews the evidence. The minimum stake is $2.50, deliberately low enough to test the whole loop — deposit, match, win, withdraw — for the price of a coffee.

Vague "contact support" language means the outcome depends on who answers the ticket. LCKD's disputes go to an admin who reviews submitted evidence, with a 24-hour review target.
4. What evidence are you required to keep? Most disputes are lost by the player who has no recording. Any honest platform tells you this before you stake, not after you lose. LCKD's terms recommend recording video of all gameplay, and video evidence is required for certain rule claims.
5. Are the bonus conditions written next to the bonus? Playthrough multiples, expiry windows and withdrawal gates are the three terms that turn a "free" offer into a trap. If you have to open a separate terms page to find them, that placement is a deliberate choice.
