4. What evidence are you required to keep? Most disputes are lost by the player who has no recording. Any honest platform tells you this before you stake, not after you lose. Locked's terms recommend recording video of all gameplay, and video evidence is required for certain rule claims.
5. Are the bonus conditions written next to the bonus? Playthrough multiples, expiry windows and withdrawal gates are the three terms that turn a "free" offer into a trap. If you have to open a separate terms page to find them, that placement is a deliberate choice.
