Frequently asked questions
- Is the welcome bonus real money?
- Yes. Every new Locked account is credited $2.50 as soon as sign-up is complete. The credit is usable in any 1v1 money match. When you make your first deposit, we match it 100% — both the deposit and the match are usable immediately.
- Does Locked charge a subscription?
- No. Account creation, deposits, withdrawals and browsing matches are all free. Locked only earns when a match is played, via a flat 10% fee on the pot.
- How is the 10% fee calculated?
- It is taken from the total pot, not from each player. Example: two $10 entries → $20 pot → winner receives $18, Locked keeps $2.
- What is the minimum and maximum stake?
- The minimum entry is $2.50. The maximum scales with your account level; high-roller limits are available on request.
- What happens to the fee on a draw?
- Both players receive a full refund. No fee is taken on draws.
- Are deposits and withdrawals free?
